Jason and his team helped us out in a time of need. No one wants a breakdown, but it is even worse when you are 400 miles from home. He was forthright and honest and I felt like I had enough information to make a wise decision regarding the repair. You know it's hard to feel like you can trust some mechanics, especially when they know you're in a bind - but not this guy! He put us at ease and even offered to drive us to a rental car location if needed to help us out! If I lived in Johnson City, I would DEFINITELY take my business to Browns Mill. P.S. A tow truck driver who carries a Bible on his dash??? Yep, it makes a difference in the comfort level you have climbing up into that cab with your family!!! KUDOS!

Towing was quick and smooth. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Jason was my tech , and working with him made it a smooth, pleasurable , and stress free experience. Jason went above and beyond to keep me informed on work needed, cost, and amount of time required to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this business for a tow, repair, or both. Getting a warranty on the work and parts was an unexpected and pleasant bonus.

My husband had a blowout on the interstate this morning and Tony was our tow truck driver. I can't say enough good things about him. He helped us figure out where we could go to replace the wheel (it was punctured as well) & he pointed out our usual tire place probably wouldn't have the parts the item punctured that as well as. He was kind and patient and his attitude just made sorting it all out so much easier!
