I had just bought a used car from North Carolina less than a month ago when it began having problems earlier this week. Browns Mill was incredibly thorough with their inspection and were even able to provide pictures of certain issues that hadn't even been disclosed to me when I bought the car! I have never had another shop provide this much detailed in their inspections. Because of this, I was able to negotiate returning the car back where I bought it from. I am so very grateful. Special shout out to Hayden who dealt with me coming into the front office multiple times today as I tried to sort everything out. He also jumpstarted my car so I could get it out of the lot. Thank you Browns Mill!!!

They are awesome people, trying to help people. They do awesome work, I will only use them from now on. We just left there not even five minutes ago, God used them boys to bless us!! I can't say thank you enough to all the guys there. I'm so thankful for the care we received and l the amount of time that it took is truly unbelievable!!!! Thank you again for all your hard work.

I have a great deal of respect for how this shop interacted with me as a customer. They maintain the feel of the average off the street customer just dropping in for something simple, but with me, coming in for a more complex scheduled maintenance on a 30 year old truck, they also recognized that I had a great deal of knowledge on my vehicle and did not talk down to me at any time like I've experienced at other shops which just want to give you their standard service and don't want to be questioned. They ensured that every aspect was explained to my satisfaction and helped me understand all options and make my own choice on how to proceed. Ultimately, I ended up with exactly what I was looking for with a few cost saving measures revealed by their mechanics research. So I'm a happy customer.

Friendly staff. Popped in to see about getting headlight replaced for my MDX. They were able to get me fixed up same day and even topped off my oil.

Just wonderful service. They're super cordial, know exactly what they're talking about and do no nonsense mechanical work. They did my electric water pump/thermostat replacement in no time. They're my go to for any work I need done on a car. 5STAR all the way!!!
