These gentlemen were very professional, quick service, and an excellent help.

I had my son's 2004 Chevy Tahoe towed to Browns Mill Auto to repair issues with the brakes that he was having. I received a call from Hayden and was informed that they wouldn't fix the brakes because they felt the extensive rust damage made the vehicle unsafe to drive. That was impressive - because unfortunately I know from experience that there are auto repair shops out there that would have fixed the brakes and sent me on my way just to make a quick buck. Needless to say, I will be using these guys for ALL my future auto repair needs. You always hear stories about finding an honest mechanic, well I've found one! This company is Wonderful 👍The Fellows that work there are the Best.. I was helping my daughter move and we had a long trip home, my cars exhaust was billowing white smoke and I was worried that car troubles were going to happen while on highway. I stopped in to Browns Mill Auto and Hayden asked me for info on issue while Gavin came through and said that he would look at it. Wow 🤗 he tested it and drove it around and told me it's all good ✌️We made it safely 🏡. Thank Ya'll soooo much for the Great service and reassurance. Please ya'll. I recommend this shop. The men over at the shop do great work and robot in a timely manner! They are professionals and are great to work with I have used them several times times and will continue to use them!

Spoke with Hayden about my issue and he got me a appointment within week which is very good compared to other shops. They are very knowledgeable and explained every little detail with me to solve the issue on my car. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

We just took an older Volvo in for a non-start - turns out the alternator was bad that we had just had installed a year ago (by another shop). Hayden was very helpful making the necessary connections with the other shop's warranty service and got it covered - saved us a lot of money. This is a great shop that easily handles work on import/euro cars, and that isn't always easy to find. We will definitely be using them from now on.

Once again, the stand up team at Brown's Mill Auto has come through. As the father a of young lady who is attending University over 5 hours from home, the comfort that comes along with knowing the Brown's Mill team is there to ensure that she and her vehicle are taken care of is immeasurable. I can not recommend Brown's Mill highly enough!

Haden at Browns Mill was great to work with. They took their time to narrow down what was wrong with my car and kept me in the loop. He was honest and thorough. I will trust them with all my future car repairs.

Hayden and his staff has been very supportive to work with me and my son on his VW van. They are and were very helpful in informing us of all the steps to repair the vehicle and as to all the parts and prices. I know I will return if I need a car repair in the future.
