This may be a bit long but it is worth reading if you are looking for a great auto shop. I gave my son my Dodge Durango when my disabilities became so bad that I could not drive anymore. He started having things go wrong with it but never seemed to catch a break to come up with enough money to get the problems fixed. Finally he brought it in to have one of the issues fixed. The following week he was going to have the brakes fixed when he got paid again. When he got there that morning Zach had heard the brakes badly squealing and checked them for safety issues. They were so bad that Zach was concerned with the safety of my son above anything else. He ended up giving my son an estimate and for the next few hours we went crazy trying to come up with enough money for the brakes. The first issue, which was replacing the whole headlight assembly, would have to wait. We finally came up with $944 (It needed a lot done) and had the brakes fixed, which was supposed to be done the next day but Zach was able to get it done that same day. Now it gets to the amazing part...to our complete surprise Not only was the cost a little cheaper but the brakes were fixed, the headlight assembly was fixed and there was a brake light bulb out and that was fixed also. Zach charged my son for the brakes but did not charge him a dime for any of the other issues. The headlamp assembly was going to cost around $400 plus the brake light bulb on top of that. I was in total shock that someone who never met us was so willing to help a person in a time of need. My son could not catch a break for months, but that one extremely kind act made up for all of that time and stress that life sometimes throws at you. If you want a great shop to go to where you will be treated right and at a fair price with great people, Browns Mill Road Auto is that place. I know you will be happy with that decision. It is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Thanks again Zach and everyone at Browns Mill Rd Auto. I will never forget it and I am sure we will see you again when the Durango has another issue.
