My wife and I needed to have some service work performed on our 2012 Ford Escape. We contacted the staff at Browns Mill service center, where we agreed to have a diagnostic test performed. After the diagnostic test was completed, we were approached by the team, and we decided to have Browns Mill perform service work. Once work was completed on our Escape, staff notified us that all work had been completed promptly. Our experience with Browns Mill service center was professional, courteous, and above all, they performed the services as agreed. Great auto repair experience. Dropped off, non running ;towed car, at 8am. Did diagnosis and repair by 2pm......super service.. During the whole process, Paul communicated with me on the status. I have never had this type of service on an auto repair job. Thanks, Paul
