This is regarding our technician Tony that helped up with towing our car. Broke down needed towed to our hotel. Was prompt and most curious. Never fun breaking down. Customer service and care from Tony changed the whole course of events. Made us feel safe, secure and really gave us a great feeling of humanity. Thanks you Tony. I needed to get a service done in a very quick time and was very happy when BMA could accommodate me with an oil change and other services for my vehicle. They went out of their way to help me when I was in a time crunch.

I just moved here and I have an older Land Rover. I usually spend $2000 when something is wrong with my vehicle. They hooked up to diagnostic and the oil change was all I needed. May I say that I am a female as well. I have found a place to take my vehicle! Very friendly staff as well!
