I have been a customer here since my very first car. I even came in town to have them service my car when I lived in Kentucky. They are honest and go out of their way to provide kind and professional service. I know that they are going to take care of my vehicle and keep me safe! Customer for life!

I decided to use Brown's Mill Auto for the first time. They were wonderful to work with and explained the issues with my truck. They were very honest and I felt no pressure to fix anything I wasn't ready for. Quality work that they guaranteed was very important to them. Zach was awesome to work with! I am highly impressed with Brown's Mill Towing! Dalton went above and beyond to help me when my transmission went kaput. I called AAA and he was there in about 15 minutes, which is really unheard of in towing times. He was very courteous, very professional, and very nice, even though he had to make a run all the way from Johnson City, TN to Marshall, North Carolina. Brown's Mill Towing, y'all are awesome!
