I am highly impressed with Brown's Mill Towing! Dalton went above and beyond to help me when my transmission went kaput. I called AAA and he was there in about 15 minutes, which is really unheard of in towing times. He was very courteous, very professional, and very nice, even though he had to make a run all the way from Johnson City, TN to Marshall, North Carolina. Brown's Mill Towing, y'all are awesome! Always do a good job. They stay in communication with you during the process. I don’t feel they take advantage of women which is always a concern with car repairs.
