I broke down just outside of Johnson City on I-81. I called for a tow truck to pull my truck and RV trailer. The driver was there within 15 minutes. The next the service crew started working on the truck. It was repaired within 3 hours and I was back on the road. Fantastic service and would recommend this auto repair shop.

So far having our 2003 Toyota Camry serviced by Browns Mill Auto has been a good experience. Knowing how hard it is to find a trustworthy mechanic. We appreciate knowing ahead of time what the diagnosis is and having the option before hand to decide. Would definitely recommend them.

Diagnosed my problem fixed my truck in a timely matter cost was a little high but the 36000 mile 3 year warranty on the job anywhere in the US made it worth it ! Truck runs better than it ever has !!!
