I have worked for Browns Mill for a number of years, under Jim Davis as well as the Dwyer's. I must say Jim was good to the employees and always took care of the mills customers. Although Jim was tired and had run his course with the business. The Dwyer's have been more dedicated to customer service as well as bending over backwards for the employees. Kevin and Stephen have brought new life to the Browns Mill establishment. They have brought ambition to be the best in the Tri-cities. The Dwyer's have expanded the customer base bye seeing that the Browns mill establishment is on the cutting edge of technology and exquisite customer service! Browns Mill has some of the best and loyal customers that you can ask for. Super nice bunch of guys. Very knowledgable and very fair prices. Unlike a lot of other garages around the area, these guys actually took the time to let me know what the issue was with my car, and provided multiple options for the repair. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone.
