Honest and friendly shop. Took my 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse there for an overall check, oil change and rattle noise under the car. I suspected it was from the heat shield. This was confirmed from their inspection and part was removed. It is nice to go to a shop that is honest and does not perform unnecessary work. Car was ready as requested and charges were fair and reasonable. We will take my car back for future work and will also take my boyfriend's vehicle there. Very pleased with the experience I had with this shop!

My daughter is a student at ETSU in Johnson City. We live 3 hours away in NC. My daughter's Nissan broke down on campus. We had the car towed to Brown's Mill Auto Tech for repair. Upon diagnostics at Brown's it was discovered that the part needed to repair the car was very expensive. Rich at Brown's called the Nissan dealership in Johnson City and gave them the VIN for the car. He found out that there had been a recall on the car for the part needed. Rich in turn called me with the offer to tow the car to Nissan and have it repaired under the recall. He could have repaired the car himself and never passed along the recall information and charged me for the repair. Good Honest people like Rich at Brown's Mill Auto Tech are few and far between. I can assure you that when we need repair's in the future, Rich will be the 1st call I make and when I visit Johnson City in the very near future, I will make a point to visit Brown's Auto Tech and shake Rich's hand. Much appreciated my good man !!
